The classic Protestant stance would have been that no miracles have happened since the ones described in the Bible, but these days different denominations would have different stances on this, from ‘yes there are miracles’ to ‘there are no miracles since the ones described in the Bible’ to really any other possible stance. More concretely, there are definitely a ton of faith healers around.

Regarding specifically Christian Science, my understanding is that it holds that the physical world is an illusion, and I think believers would mostly hesitate to use the word ‘miracle’ even to describe the events in the Bible that would normally be described in that way.
