Comments on: Season 1, Episode 11: Eve https://www.shaenon.com/monsteroftheweek/comic/09072012/ The Complete Cartoon X-Files Sun, 11 Jan 2026 06:20:18 +0000 hourly 1 https://wordpress.org/?v=6.0.1 By: Jacob Haller https://www.shaenon.com/monsteroftheweek/comic/09072012/#comment-161 Thu, 13 Sep 2012 22:25:33 +0000 http://www.shaenon.com/monsteroftheweek/?p=77#comment-161 It occurred to me that the creator of Breaking Bad actually was a writer on the X-Files (he met Breaking Bad’s lead actor during the episode ‘Drive’, one of Jeffrey Wells’s favorites), but I checked and he didn’t write this episode. So the digitalis thing is probably either a coincidence or ALIENS.

In this episode, Scully is oddly resistant to the idea that it’s worth driving a few minutes to check out a report that a woman who looks like the woman who kidnapped the kids showed up with a young girl shortly after the kidnapping occurred after being gone all night.

Seriously. During the first vampire episode he says that they were the one thing he didn’t believe in.

That's why he does the "wild thing" with one of them.
Ok… not really. She just *wanted* to become one. Ooooh, I can't wait for the "3" cartoon!
