The face-peeling scene in Poltergeist was the only part I found scary when I was six. I thought the rest of it was funny, but the part where the guy walks into the bathroom and peels his face off FOR NO REASON sent me screaming out of the room.

Evil clown doll? Hilarious.

I don’t think he was, just the ads for plastic surgery were giving him ideas. I thought it was an enjoyable little character moment.

Yeah, the blood house probably wouldn’t be his best bet.

Oh, and comfort Andrew with this deathless dialogue from the Friends episode “The one where Chandler can’t cry”:

Joey: “You didn’t cry when Bambi’s mother died?”
Chandler: “Yes, it was very sad when the guy stopped drawing the deer!”
