I had to leave out a lot of plot points. This is an episode where Scully meets the actual devil and it’s not even the climactic scene.

This episode consists almost entirely of square-jawed white guys in suits, one of the most boring things to draw.
It turns out later that all these UFOs and mutant guys come from opposing sides in a space war, but it never makes any sense so don’t worry about it.
This episode was right on the edge of being great, and then Mulder’s bonkers Boxing Helena VR nightmare pushed it over the top and then some.
Not only did I own the 1980s Fisher-Price record player used by the evil doll, when I was pregnant I bought one off eBay for my son. He has a pretty good Kenny Loggins collection going now.
I learn from the Internet that many people consider this the worst episode of “The X-Files.” To be clear, though, some of those reviews came out before “First-Person Shooter.”
There’s no excuse for a “Breakin 2” joke in 2018, but “Cerulean Bluegaloo” got into my head and I couldn’t get it out.
