The kid gets stolen by the Conspiracy, but he also gets to watch the Simpsons episode where Homer gets a gun, so in the balance it could be worse.
This is one of my favorite episodes. It helps that I used to work in a call center and it was exactly as terrible as this.
I like when Mulder and Scully have to go on real FBI missions, but only if significant time is spent on the other FBI agents being exasperated by these obvious kooks.
