And that’s Season 7 in the can! Thank you to everyone who backed the Zoop campaign for the final two volumes of Skin Horse, giving me the chance to draw this season as a stretch goal. Hope you enjoyed it!
Thanks for the excellent X-Files comics, and the excuse to watch more X-Files!
Looking forward to the next chance we have to bribe you into doing more.
Not that we’d object if you wanted to just do more without the bribery, of course. But if bribing you helps make it happen, we can do the bribing.
Take my bribe!
Shaenon’s patreon has continuing Monster of the Week as a goal if it hits $2000/month! (Currently at $1,170.20/month.)
Man, S7 was bonkers. I can see how it may have irked some hardcore fans, but this is where I settled into the show–I was a latecomer–so it always seems like the home level of weirdness to me.
And thank you for running that Zoop campaign! It was the perfect opportunity to buy the full 12 volume set of Skin Horse books along with the 2 volume Narbonic Perfect Collection, while coincidentally funding this project and the two bonus stories you posted online for the backers. Serious awesomeness, all around! Love my sketch of Nick, too, thank you so much.
Can’t help wondering how long it’s going to take your hands and arms to recover from drawing all of those title page sketches on all of the books you shipped out to your loyal backers, though…
You are an amazing team of creators, and I look forward to whatever projects you elect to take on in the future. In the meantime I’ve committed to finishing my online re-read of Li’l Mell before I dive into all of these highly anticipated books. Thank you, thank you, and hopefully you can now enjoy a little down time before the creative impulses drive you back into the whirl.
Thank you so much! I’m glad you enjoy all these comics.
I have enjoyed them immensely through multiple reads, thank you. It was nice to reach a point where I could actually send a bit of money your way for the pleasure you’ve provided over the years of regular updates (and multiple archive dives). My own business venture is finally gaining traction so the funds were available right when you were seeking them.
